What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, chains, and other consumable parts.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by unauthorized service providers.
- Environmental factors such as water damage, corrosion, or extreme weather conditions.
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or fading paint
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- The warranty is valid only for the original owner and is non-transferable
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims..
- All warranty claims must be submitted through Urban eBike’s customer service team at david@uebike.ca or by calling (519)-721-3274.
How to File a Warranty Claim

- Provide Details: Include your proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photographs or videos if applicable.
- Assessment: Our team will assess the claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty
- Resolution:: If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or provide instructions for further action
